Whether you are choosing to live more compassionately, striving for better health, or seeking ways to lighten your imprint on the planet, veganism can help you explore your deepest values and transform your life.  However, the transformation is one that you must come to on your own terms; no one can make this change for you.  We encourage you to seek out information, ask the tough questions, and be willing to challenge some of your deepest-held assumptions about nutrition and health, your relationship to food, and the incredible lifeworld of non-human animals.  It is a powerful journey, but one that can lead to boundless joy and lasting peace.
